  XBOX 360 ROUND UP:
Kim Kaze was invited to be one of the first in the UK to play the Xbox360 ahead of it's launch. Here she runs through a selection of key launch titles, giving opinion, with a little help from MSXbox-world.com's Ben Furfie, acting as a second opinion. A full run down of X360's connectivity features is given, showing how it works with everything from an iPod to a PSP, before the piece then focuses on the games - notably Kameo: Elements of Power, Call of Duty 2, Project Gotham Racing 3, Perfect Dark Zero and Dead or Alive 4.

TOKYO GAME SHOW - NINTENDO KEYNOTE SPEECH:
Iwata Saturwa, global president of Nintendo, outlines his vision for the future of videogames. Claiming that the industry is at a cross roads, and whilst others believe the industry can continue to grow by producing more sophisticated hardware, better graphics, and deeper games, Iwata argues that current gamers will get bored, and novice gamers will find the games too complex. He reveals a strategy for enticing new people to games, and giving veteran gamers a fresh experience, using first the Nintendo DS, and then the Nintendo Revolution, as examples of products the breath new life into current genres, as well as allowing for new genres. This 30min presentation, covers NDS, Gameboy Micro, and also features the unveiling of the Nintendo Revolution's controller.
